Richard Turner
Founder & Managing Director
Richard founded Martello Security Consultancy in 2020 following a career spanning military service and international corporate security.
He served for 24 years in the British Army, including with the Parachute Regiment and Special Forces Support Group, and as an instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Following his military career, Richard moved into corporate security consultancy, advising international organisations on security risk, project security, travel risk management and operations in complex environments.
Today, Richard works directly with clients, specialist consultants and trusted local partners to deliver practical, proportionate security solutions internationally.
The emphasis is on straightforward advice, experienced judgement and solutions that work in practice.
