Martello was founded by Richard Turner drawing on more than three decades working in security and operational environments. His experience includes 24 years in the British Army, serving with the Parachute Regiment and Special Forces Support Group, followed by senior international security consultancy roles supporting organisations and projects in complex environments.
Since 2020, Martello has supported organisations and major projects internationally, combining its core consultancy capability with a trusted network of security professionals, intelligence specialists and local providers.
