Richard Turner, Founder and Managing Director
Richard founded Martello Security Consultancy in 2020. He served for 24 years in the British Army, including time in the Parachute Regiment and the Special Forces Support Group, and as an instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
After the Army he moved into corporate security consulting, working on security risk, project security, travel risk management and operations in complex environments.
Today he works directly with clients, specialist consultants and trusted local partners to deliver security solutions internationally, with an emphasis on straightforward advice, experienced judgement and solutions that work in practice.
